Our platform provides digital services and AI-generated content. Once access is granted or services are used, the product is considered delivered.


Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • You were unable to access the service due to a technical issue on our side, and the issue is not resolved within 48–72 hours after reporting

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • After the service has been actively used to generate images or outputs
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect usage or misunderstanding of features
  • Issues caused by user input, device, or internet connection
  • Partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle are not provided
