- You were unable to access the service due to a technical issue on our side, and the issue is not resolved within 48–72 hours after reporting
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- After the service has been actively used to generate images or outputs
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect usage or misunderstanding of features
- Issues caused by user input, device, or internet connection
- Partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle are not provided
